ASEAN CEO Programme
This program is the first of its kind that Antai College of Economics & Management designs and runs outside China. Delivered by professors both from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and local universities in Singapore, and specifically designed for CEOs experiencing the rapid development of enterprises, this program focuses on improving comprehensive management skill, enhancing the operation and management philosophy in a forward-looking and innovative way. Since its inception in August 2014, five editions have been completed and some 150 proud participants have joined the ranks of Shanghai Jiao Tong University alumni. This program has since received high recognition among the business and academic circles in Singapore.
Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), as one of the top institutions of higher learning which enjoy a century-long history and a world-renowned reputation in China, is one of the ten top foreign universities that establish presence in Singapore under a Government initiative. The University's Antai College of Economics & Management is one of the top business schools in mainland China, and is the first to have received all three top international accreditations, i.e. AMBA, EQUIS and AACSB.
Participants must complete the entire course within one year.

Participants who successfully complete all courses will be conferred ASEAN CEO Program Completion Certificate by Antai College of Economics & management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Course fee is SGD 29,800. This includes handouts and materials, tea breaks, lunches, training and teaching administration fee, but does not include flight tickets, accommodation, passport and visa fee for the optional overseas segment.
A modern manager should be equipped with knowledge and skill of strategic management and take their responsibilities. This course will guide participants to form strategic thinking, to grasp the strategic analysis logic and to improve the comprehensive management abilities.
Corporate Adaptive Strategy Under Global Environment
This course is designed to help students understand the key role of innovation to the survival and development of enterprises under changing environment; the main methods of enterprise innovation management; the development opportunities; how to innovate and take advantage in global competition.
Traditional Sinology and Wisdom in Management
Traditional Sinology seamlessly integrates the teachings and practices of Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism. Understanding these teachings shall be helpful to one’s appreciation of his or her inner self as well as the wider world, and would equip one with such wisdom that could be put into practical use in corporate governance and management.
Wisdom of Chinese Culture in Coporate Governance
Ancient Chinese leaves behind a wealth of wisdom in corporate governance, ranging from decision-making, HRM and HRD, marketing, finance, etc. Chinese migrants in the 19th Century brings to Southeast Asia a set of values and ideology, which continues to shape the region today. This course attempts to examine Chinese Culture in Southeast Asia and study its value and contribution to corporate governance of successful moderm ethnic Chinese enterprises.
Financial Statement Analysis
In this course, students will understand the essence of financial skill and the use of financial information with a deep understanding of its influence on financial management decisions, as well as how to cooperate with professional financial personnel effectively. Students will be provided with a systematic and practical framework of the introduction of financial management knowledge, and be trained to analyze management issues from the perspective of financial management, as well as realizing the importance of developing information through the analysis of financial statements.
Corporate Finance and Capital Operation
The course helps students to understand the capital map, analyze the source of the enterprise's value; grasp decision-making methods and skill of capital operation; be familiar with the special issues of investment and financing under the condition of the Chinese market and the hot spot in this field.
Knowing your team is the key management skill for every manager. This course will lead students to an important exploration, to understand the strengths and weaknesses of your personality, and to give you greater power to control the factors that affect your work and life.
Psychological Behavior of Managers and Business Decisions
Psychology is a science that explores the mysteries of the inner world of human beings, and is a path managers must pass to change to a real leader. Psychology is also a science which is closely related to happiness, helps you find the meaning of life. This course leads students to understand the concept of psychology clearly and effectively, to grasp the psychological analysis strategies and tools, and to change the cognitive behavior, so as to be better themselves, more popular partners, and more intelligent leaders.

Entrepreneurs need to keep transcending the existing way of thinking, and through the management of innovation to obtain the real transformation of creative thinking into reality; make use of innovative thinking to design a new profit model, so as to establish the core competitiveness which their competitors can not duplicate. This course discusses the profit model of new industry, resource monopoly, brand premium, integrated industry , and the creative way to sum up the outstanding profit model.

Any enterprise has two functions: marketing and innovation. As marketing is the core of modern marketing theory, this course is based on modern marketing theory, and systematically describes the core and skill of brand positioning, the industrial brand, consumer goods and services, and other marketing management. This course also provides a thorough analysis of the relationship between the company, customers and competitors; discusses how to establish and improve the company's brand asset in a market driven organization.
